Whether we suggest you employ Open homes or private inspections, the aim is to showcase your property to the market in a manner that creates urgency amongst your potential buyers. We are conscious of your security needs and buyers are required to provide full name and phone number as a minimum, plus photo ID on request. Feedback is sought and conveyed to you both verbally and via written reports.

Post inspection feedback is sought from all attendees and is recorded against your property so as to provide invaluable information once it becomes time to consider offers. Feedback, both positive and negative, allows informed decisions to be made. Our CRM partner REX SOFTWARE provides us with the ideal platform to database all our activities and respond to buyers in an immediate fashion via SMS and email about price variations and inspection details.
